IQF Broccoli Organic and Conventional

Origin: Turkey

IQF broccoli is made from fresh, clean, and healthy stalks or florets of the broccoli plant (Brassica oleracea). The preparation process includes trimming, cutting, washing, blanching, sorting, and proper draining. The broccoli is then frozen following good commercial practices and kept at optimal temperatures to ensure its preservation.

At Frozco, we are pleased to offer IQF broccoli in various forms, as well as a wide selection of other IQF fruits and vegetables, available wholesale and in bulk. IQF broccoli refers to fresh broccoli that has been cleaned, trimmed, and frozen using the individually quick frozen (IQF) technique. Sold frozen in bags or packages, it can be stored in the freezer for long periods, providing a convenient, ready-to-use option for cooking without any extra preparation. With a slightly sweet, grassy flavor and a tender yet crisp texture, IQF broccoli is a rich source of fiber, vitamin C, and other essential nutrients. It is a versatile ingredient that can be used in soups, stews, stir-fries, and many other dishes.
